Another great day for practising. After tapdancing for one hour it feels more then right to indulge in a classic swedish treat called plopp. Chocolate at it's best. And for the weekend it is time for herräng. Yes, it is possible to go there also wintertime. Especially if you know the zettermans. Swing low! Best regards, mattias
